We went to this place for dinner a few days ago, opting for a tasting menu chosen by the chef, and we couldn't have made a better choice. Chef Roberto is extremely knowledgeable and explains each course, starting with the history and origins of each dish. Everything here is created with enormous passion and dedication, and the result is truly spectacular. The produce is fantastic, the portions generous, and the fish incredibly fresh. We'll be back to try more as soon as we can. Highly recommended.

This was incredibly outstanding! Roberto is a chef who has worked in several Michelin-starred restaurants and now serves the highest quality sushi on Ischia. What an incredible experience; we learned so much during the omakase. Be warned: he has limited space, so be sure to make a reservation! The best sushi we've ever had.

Excited to try new flavors, we relied on the (masterful!) guidance of Chef Roberto, who, with his passion and experience, led us on a journey around the world, passing through Japan, China, Brazil, and finally returning to Italy, to the island of Ischia. Roberto took us on a journey through oriental flavors with his impeccable cuisine, using the freshest, highest-quality ingredients, all enhanced by a romantic, family-friendly atmosphere surrounded by greenery. We found the sushi restaurant Ischia Roberto Conte by pure chance, since we are from Turin we were looking for a sushi in Ischia that was special and we found much more, a journey through different cooking techniques, a passion on the part of the chef in putting them into practice and making the customer fall in love with this exquisite cuisine, and a touch of Italianness. The products and the experience that are offered are of a quality that we personally have never experienced. In the dishes you can perceive the love that these guys put into their project. Impeccable service, very fresh fish, kind staff, and every single dish was a pleasant surprise of taste (and there are many!) The place is a bit isolated and for this reason dining there was like feeling at home. An experience to absolutely try in Ischia and one of a kind, we can't wait to be able to return to Roberto

Today, driven by a sudden craving for sushi, I finally tried this place I had heard about: a real surprise! I chose the omakase take-away, booking it a little in advance and, already when I opened the box, the colors and the scent gave an idea of ​​the freshness of the raw materials. On the palate, each bite was balanced and genuine: perfectly seasoned rice, carefully cut fish, clear flavors that blend without covering each other. I would add that my judgment is not dictated by personal taste, as I let the chef choose the pieces for me to try. Each single piece had its own unique flavor, and they all positively surprised my palate. To enhance the experience, the owner, extremely kind and helpful, showed me the various combinations and gave useful advice on how to best enjoy the products. Absolutely honest prices for the quality offered. If you are looking for sushi that can truly conquer, with a friendly service even for take-away, you cannot miss it!
